1. It begins with booking.
Schedule your shipment online or over the phone.
Booking is easy and takes only a matter of minutes. Choose the time and place, and voila! You're one step closer to luggage liberation. Tip: Schedule your shipment to arrive one business day in advance – a smart move for seamless travels!
- Enter your contact and shipping info.
- Select your bag details.
- Choose your desired shipping dates.
- Add your payment information, review, and click continue.
- Complete your order by logging in or creating an account.
2. Prepare for pickup.
Print your shipping labels and prepare your bags.
After your order is placed, your shipping labels will be ready for printing. It’s important to securely attach your shipping label to your bag. But, don't worry, we'll provide simple instructions to avoid any confusion.
- Shipping labels and instructions can be printed from your confirmation email or account page.
- Print two copies of the shipping labels. Attach one to your bag or box and place the other inside your package. If you’re shipping in a soft-sided bag, use a luggage tag to attach the barcoded shipping label. If you’re shipping in a box, use clear packing tape to secure the barcoded shipping label.

3. Time for take off.
We’ll pick up your bags from your location or you can drop them off.
Once your bags are in our possession, they embark on a grand adventure. Plus, you can track them every step of the way. Our team will pamper them with love and care, ensuring they're vacation-ready upon arrival.
- Simply pack as you would for airline travel.
- Make sure your barcoded shipping label is visible for carrier pickup.
- You can also drop off your bags. Use our store locator and be sure to drop off your items by the store's latest pickup time.
4. The grand reunion.
